Lemony Oolong Iced Tea

The Lemony Oolong iced tea uses Thee's highly popular flavour, the Empress Garden. This recipe gives lemonade a new definition, in addition to making an interesting twist to traditional Chinese tea flavours.  

WHAT IS IN EMPRESS GARDEN ?

The Empress Garden is a delicate, luxurious floral tea blend of oolong, white tea, jasmine petals and osmanthus. A well balanced tea that has a strong aroma of jasmine and osmanthus.

LEMONY OOLONG ICED TEA RECIPE

Ingredients (serves 1):

• 1 Empress Garden capsule
• 2 Slices of Lemon
• 3 Slices of Lime
• A handful of Mint Leaves
• Sugar syrup (optional)

Preparations:

1. Add lemon slices, 2 slices of lime and mint leaves to a sturdy glass. Muddle gently to release the juice and oil.

2. Brew 1 serving of Empress Garden.

3. Fill glass with muddled citrus with ice to the top. Pour tea into glass.

4. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves. Add in sugar syrup according to your taste!
